Description

Gegenstand des Auftrags ist die umfassende, normenkonforme und wirtschaftliche Bewirtschaftung sämtlicher biomedizinischer und sonstiger Geräte der Auftraggeberin. Die Auftragnehmerin übernimmt die Gesamtverantwortung für Betrieb, Instandhaltung, Funktionsfähigkeit, IT Integration, technische Sicherheit, Dokumentation und regulatorische Compliance aller allgemeinen Medizintechnik, einschließlich aller dazugehörigen Komponenten, Softwaremodule, Peripheriesysteme sowie gerätebezogenen IT Infrastrukturen. Hierzu zählen sämtliche Geräte mit Ausnahme stationärer bildgebender Großgeräte, insbesondere: • Computertomographie (CT) • Magnetresonanztomographie (MRT) • Angiographie- und Durchleuchtungssysteme • Stationäre Röntgensysteme • Mammographieanlagen • Andere festinstallierte Systeme mit ionisierender Strahlung oder komplexer Bildgebung • Dazugehörige Hochdruckinjektoren • Dazugehörige intravaskuläre Ultraschallgeräte • Dazugehörige Kontrastmittelpumpen Somit umfasst die allgemeine Medizintechnik folgende Komponenten: • Überwachungs- und Patient Monitoring Systeme • Infusions und Ernährungstechnik • Beatmungsgeräte / Anästhesiegeräte • Endoskopiegeräte (flexibel/starr) • Ultraschallgeräte • Mobile Röntgengeräte • OP Geräte und OP Tisch-/Lichtsysteme • Diagnostische Kleingeräte • Geräte der Funktionsdiagnostik (EKG, EEG, Spirometrie etc.) • Laborgeräte und labornahe Geräte (POCT, Analysegeräte) • Transport- und Reanimationsgeräte • Notfall- und Intensivmedizinische Geräte • Weitere medizintechnische Geräte Die Auftragnehmerin schuldet eine lückenlose Sicherstellung der Betriebsbereitschaft dieser Geräte und verpflichtet sich, die hohen Anforderungen eines 24/7 Krankenhausbetriebs einzuhalten. Alle Leistungen müssen so erbracht werden, dass der medizinische Betrieb möglichst wenig beeinträchtigt wird. Die Bewirtschaftung umfasst sowohl technische als auch organisatorische und dokumentarische Pflichten und schließt sämtliche Handlungen ein, die erforderlich sind, um Leistungsfähigkeit, Sicherheit, Qualität und Verfügbarkeit jederzeit zu gewährleisten.
