Description

Auftragsgegenstand ist der Abschluss eines Full-Service-Vertrags „Herz-Lungen-Maschine & Hypothermiegerät, d.h. die Bereitstellung von mindestens einer Herz- Lungen-Maschine und einem Hypothermiegerät mit der Option bis zu drei weitere Herz-Lungen-Maschinen und drei weitere Hypothermiegeräte anzumieten, sowie die Bewirtschaftung (einschließlich Service) der gemieteten und aller Bestandsgeräte, und das Datenmanagement und die Stellung des Verbrauchsmaterials mit Vorhaltung für alle Geräte (Herz-Lungen Maschinen und Hypothermiegeräte) entsprechend der Leistungsbeschreibung . Der Vertrag soll unbefristet geschlossen werden. Der Vertrag kann erstmals nach Ablauf einer Grundlaufzeit von mindestens 4 Jahren (Verhandlungsgegenstand) gekündigt werden. Wird er nicht gekündigt, so verlängert es sich automatisch um jeweils ein Jahr. Der Auftraggeber strebt den Abschluss eines Full-Service Mietvertrages für eine Herz-Lungen-Maschine mit Daten-Management-System und ein Hypothermiegerät an, bei dem der Auftragnehmer die Herz-Lungen- Maschine(n) zur Verfügung stellt, die Hypothermiegeräte zur Verfügung stellt, den gesamten Gerätepark Bewirtschaftet, Service- / Supportleistungen erbringt, das Datenmanagement übernimmt und das Gebrauchsmaterial stellt und Vorhält. Eine Personalüberlassung ist nicht gewünscht. Der Auftraggeber verfügt derzeit über 3 Herz-Lungen-Maschinen der Fa. Livanova, Modell S5 und 3 Hypothermiegeräte der Fa. Livanova (Heater-Cooler Livanova 3T). Der Auftraggeber wünscht die Option bei Ausfall der Bestandsgeräte eine oder mehrere (maximal 3) zusätzliche Herz-Lungen-Maschinen und maximal 3 weitere Hypothermiegeräte während der Vertragslaufzeit anmieten zu können.
