Description

Die Krankenhaus Agatharied sucht im Rahmen dieser Ausschreibung ein fachkundiges und innovatives Serviceunternehmen (im Folgenden auch „Auftragnehmer“ genannt), das in der Lage ist, die Instandhaltung und Bewirtschaftung der medizintechnischen Geräte im Rahmen eines ganzheitlichen Vertragsmodells verantwortlich zu übernehmen. Oberstes Ziel dieser Ausschreibung ist die Sicherstellung einer fachgerechten, wirtschaftlichen und qualitativ hochwertigen Instandhaltung sowie Bewirtschaftung der medizintechnischen Geräte auf dem bereits erreichten Niveau. Darüber hinaus wird eine kontinuierliche Optimierung der Prozesse und Abläufe angestrebt. Die Mitarbeitenden des Auftraggebers sind hierbei aktiv in die Zusammenarbeit und Weiterentwicklung einzubinden. Das zu betreuende Anlageportfolio umfasst intensivmedizinische, biomedizinische, labor- und sonstige medizintechnische Geräte sowie die Anlagen der medizinischen Gasversorgung einschließlich der zugehörigen Infrastruktur. Der Vertrag soll zunächst über 5 Jahre laufen und mit einer einmaligen Verlängerungsoption um ein Jahr ausgestattet sein. Bei der Verlängerungsoption handelt es sich um ein einseitiges Gestaltungsrecht des Auftraggebers.
