Description

Wartung von Brandschutztüren Es handelt sich um einen Rahmenvertrag, die angegebenen Mengen können abweichen. Die ermittelten Mengen entsprechen dem Bestand. Brandschutztüren und -tore sind nach der allgemeinen bauaufsichtlichen Zulassung und dem Prüfzeugnis regelmäßig zu prüfen, damit sie im Notfall einwandfrei schließen. Kleinstreparaturen die im Rahmen der Wartung erfolgen können, werden ebenfalls über das nachfolgende Leistungsverzeichnis abgedeckt. Rauchmelder die 8 Jahre und älter sind sind auszutauschen. Der Aufwand für die Reparaturarbeiten ist geschätzt und richtet sich nach den vorgefundenen Schadensbildern. Die tatsächlich abgerufenen Leistungen können daher abweichen. Der AN erhält eine Liste mit den jeweiligen Ansprechpartnern. Die Terminkoordination obliegt dem AN. Der Bieter hat zu erklären für wie viele Lose er die erforderlichen Kapazitäten besitzt.
