Description

Hauptuntersuchung der Bremskomponenten von Trieb- und Laufgestellen an 18 Strassenbahnen vom Typ 8NGTW (Bombardier) sowie an den Reservekomponenten. Die Option 1 über weitere 8 Fahrzeuge sowie die Option 2 über 6 Fahrzeuge gehören ebenfalls zum Ausschreibungsumfang. An den durch die Kasseler Verkehrsgesellschafft betriebenen Straßenbahnen der 8NGTW Flotte ist das Bremssystem alle 800.000 km einer Hauptuntersuchung zu unterziehen. Während dieser Inspektion muss der AN diverse Bauteile aufarbeiten und andere durch neue ersetzen. Im Anschluss der Hauptuntersuchung muss der AN alle Teile auf Funktion und Belastbarkeit überprüfen und alle Grenzwerte dokumentieren. Hierzu muss der AN jeder Bremskomponente ein Prüfprotokoll mit den entsprechend ermittelten Ist-Werten sowie den Grenzwerten beistellen. Die Prüfprotokolle muss der AN digital und in Papierform erstellen und dem AG übergeben. Die Gehäuse der Hydrogeräte und sämtliche Bremssättel muss der AN im Zuge der Hauptuntersuchung entlacken, ggf. entrosten und anschließend mit einem neuen Farbaufbau versehen.
