Description

Das Vergabeverfahren für die Planung, Errichtung, Finanzierung und den Betrieb der zentralen Kälte- und Wärmepumpenanlage am Standort Sulzbach wird als Verhandlungsverfahren mit vorgeschaltetem Teilnahmewettbewerb durchgeführt. Das Verfahren ist nicht in Lose aufgeteilt; der Auftrag wird als Gesamtleistung vergeben. Interessierte Unternehmen werden aufgefordert, einen Teilnahmeantrag einzureichen, der die Eignungskriterien hinsichtlich wirtschaftlicher, finanzieller, technischer und beruflicher Leistungsfähigkeit sowie das Nichtvorliegen von Ausschlussgründen erfüllt. Die Auswahl geeigneter Bewerber erfolgt auf Basis objektiver und nichtdiskriminierender Kriterien. Die Vergabeunterlagen und Kommunikation erfolgen über die Vergabeplattform DTVP (Deutsches Vergabeportal). Die Bewerber sind verpflichtet, ihre Fragen ausschließlich über diese Plattform zu stellen und regelmäßig auf Aktualisierungen zu achten. Die Vertragslaufzeit beträgt 13 Jahre und 5 Monate. Die Vergütung erfolgt über ein vertraglich festgelegtes Pachtentgelt sowie ein Dienstleistungsentgelt im Rahmen eines Full-Service-Vertrags, der Wartung, Instandhaltung und Reparaturen umfasst.
