Umbau- und Instandhaltungsarbeiten an kältetechnischen Anlagenkomponenten der TGA des DKFZ Kleine und mittlere Neu- oder Umbaumaßnahmen sowie Instandhaltungsarbeiten gemäß DIN 31051: 2019-06 an der technischen Gebäudeausrüstung (TGA) (Arbeitszeitaufwand ca. 500 Arbeitsstunden /Jahr, Materialaufwand ca. 40.000,- € netto Katalogpreise frei Baustelle pro Jahr). Zusätzlich fallen noch Wartungsarbeiten an ca. 80 Kälteanlagen an. Die og. Summen sind Richtwerte, die aufgrund der Vorperiode ermittelt wurden und daher für die kommende Periode abweichen können. Es besteht kein Anspruch auf Beauftragung im Umfang der og. Auftragswerte.
