Gegenstand der Ausschreibung sind Wartungs- und Prüfleistungen an hand- und kraftbetätigten Anlagen mit und ohne Feststellanlagen. --- Der Auftrag umfasst folgende Hauptleistungen: • Wartung, Inspektion und Dokumentation, • Funktionsprüfung der Feststellanlagen, • Sicherheitstechnische Prüfung, • Prüfung nach DGUV-Vorschrift 4. --- Der Auftrag umfasst folgende Bedarfsleistungen: • Erstellung von Betriebs/ Prüfbücher, • Es werden Stundenverrechnungssätze für Instandsetzungsleistungen vereinbart, • Es werden Zuschlagssätze (in %) für Leistungen außerhalb der betriebsüblichen Arbeitszeit vereinbart. • Es wird eine An- und Abfahrtspauschale für Instandsetzungsleistungen, die nicht zusammen mit der turnusmäßigen Wartung bzw. Prüfung durchgeführt werden, vereinbart. --- Der Auftrag umfasst folgenden Leistungsumfang: • 504x handbetätigte Drehflügeltüren, davon: - 216x 1 TF; ohne FSA, - 268x 2 TF; ohne FSA, - 1x 1 TF; mit FSA, - 19X 2 TF; mit FSA. • 9x kraftbetätigte Drehflügeltüren, davon: - 5x 1 TF; ohne FSA, - 1x 2 TF; ohne FSA, - 2x 1 TF; mit FSA, - 1x 2 TF; FSA. • 1x kraftbetätigtes Sektionaltor; ohne FSA.
