Ausgeschrieben werden die TGM-Leistungen am DLR Standort Berlin Adlershof. Für die Beauftragung werden Unternehmen mit Erfahrung im technischen Gebäudemanagement von Industrie- oder Forschungsgebäuden mit hoher Anlagendichte gesucht. Die mit der Leistung verbundenen Tätigkeiten an Anlagen und Bauteilen umfassen im Wesentlichen den Betrieb, die Inspektion, die Wartung und die Instandsetzung. Alle gesetzlichen Sachkundigen- und Sachverständigenprüfungen sind zu initiieren und zu begleiten. Die Anlagendokumentation ist umfassend herzustellen.
