Description

Gegenstand der nachstehenden Leistungen sind Wartungs- und Instandsetzungsarbeiten an vorhandenen erdverkabelten Straßenbeleuchtungsanlagen, Lichtpunkten an Freileitungsanlagen, Fußgängerüberwegen, Gebäudeanstrahlungen, Buswartehäuschen, sowie im kleineren Umfang Neuanlagen der Straßenbeleuchtung im Stadtgebiet Fürstenwalde und in den Ortsteilen Heideland, Molkenberg und Trebus. Es wird ein Rahmenvertrag für eine Laufzeit von einem Jahr geschlossen. Der Rahmenvertrag kann einmalig um ein weiteres Jahr verlängert werden. (Vertragsverlängerungsoption) Der Rahmenvertrag endet nach Ablauf der Laufzeit oder mit Erreichen der Höchstmenge automatisch. Eine Mindestabnahmemenge wird nicht garantiert. Die Schätz- und Höchstmengen sind dem Leistungsverzeichnis zu entnehmen. Die Leistungsabrufe werden in Form von Einzelabrufen getätigt. Hinweis: Das Leistungsverzeichnis sieht Mengen für ein Jahr vor. Vertragskündigung: Die Kündigung des Vertrages kann jährlich mit 3-monatiger Kündigungsfrist zum Jahresende erfolgen.
