Description

Gasregelstrecke für Ammoniak Im Rahmen des Vorhabens 4mmonia arbeiten wir an Prüf- und Bewertungskonzepten für Ammoniak als zukünftige Kraftstoffe an Komponenten- und Großmotorenprüfständen. Ziel ist die Forschung und Entwicklung von Dual-Fuel-Brennverfahrenskonzepten im Ammoniak-Betrieb mit Pilotzündung, die einen sicheren emissionsarmen Motorbetrieb gewährleisten. In dem Vorhaben ist eine Ammoniak-Gasregelstrecke für Dual-Motoren mit Saugrohreinspritzung (Port Fuel Injection) zu beschaffen, welche als gekapseltes Modul in einem der Motorenprüfstände integriert werden soll. Die Ammoniak-Gasregelstrecke dient dazu, einen mittelschnelllaufenden Großmotor je-derzeit sicher und unter reproduzierbaren Bedingungen mit Brenngas zu versorgen. Sie regelt und stabilisiert den Gasdruck, misst relevante Prozessgrößen wie Druck und Durchfluss, stellt die benötigte Gasmenge für die jeweiligen Lastpunkte bereit und übernimmt auch wichtige Sicherheitsfunktionen wie das Absperren der Gaszufuhr. Dadurch wird gewährleistet, dass Leistungs-, Verbrauchs- und Emissionsmessungen unter definierten Bedingungen durchgeführt werden können und der Motor bei Störungen sicher abgeschaltet wird.
