Description

Mobile Erfassung und Verwertung von Grün- und Gehölzabfällen (Grüngut) Der Landkreis Stade ist öffentlich-rechtlicher Entsorgungsträger im Sinne des § 17 Kreislaufwirtschaftsgesetz (KrWG) i.V.m. § 6 Abs. 1 NAbfG. Im Zuge dieser Ausschreibung vergibt der Landkreis Stade die Leistungen der mobilen Grünabfallerfassung im Gebiet des Landkreises Stade sowie die Verwertung der dabei angefallenen Grünabfallmengen. Die Grundlaufzeit des Vertrages beginnt am 01.02.2027 und endet am 31.12.2030. Der Vertrag kann sich zweimalig um je zwei weitere Jahre verlängern, wenn nicht eine der beiden Parteien für die erste Verlängerung bis zum 30.06.2030 und für die zweite Verlängerung bis zum 30.06.2032 kündigt. Die Leistungserbringung hat jedes Jahr im Zeitraum vom 1. Februar bis 31. Dezember zu erfolgen, beginnend mit dem 01.02.2027. Die entsprechend notwendigen Vorbereitungsarbeiten haben durch den Auftragnehmer rechtzeitig vor dem 01.02. zu beginnen. Alle weiteren Details entnehmen Sie der Leistungsbeschreibung im Anhang.
