The Dithmarschen district intends to build a new district administration building on the 'Im Grund' site as a public-private partnership covering planning, construction, financing and building management over 25 years. Under the VgV procedure, a legal adviser is sought to support the preparation of the PPP project. The appointment is in three stages: preparatory measures including a preliminary economic efficiency assessment, support of the public tendering process up to a final economic efficiency assessment, and implementation of the new building up to commissioning.
