Description

Die byte beabsichtigt im Rahmen dieses Vergabeverfahrens verschiedene Leistungen zur Durchführung der Finanz- und Lohnbuchhaltung zu beschaffen. Die Einzelheiten des Auftragsgegenstandes ergeben sich insbesondere aus der Leistungsbeschreibung und dem Vertrag. Der Auftragnehmer hat die Finanz- und Lohnbuchhaltung für die byte durchzuführen. Er wird die byte dabei bei der GoBD-konformen Buchführung beraten, dahingehend unterstützen, dass die GoBD jederzeit nachprüfbar eingehalten werden, und dabei insbesondere auf noch fehlende Bereiche zur Erfüllung der GoBD hinweisen. Leistungsgegenstände sind die - Ausführung von Arbeiten zur Erfüllung der Steuerdeklarations- und Meldepflichten der byte, einschließlich der Erstellung von Steuererklärungen, - Hauptbuchhaltung, - Jahresabschlusserstellung, - laufende Lohnbuchhaltung, - Betriebswirtschaftliche und steuerrechtliche Beratung, - Stammdatenverwaltung, sowie - Unterstützung bei der Einführung des Wirtschaftsbetriebs in der Praxis (optional durch die byte abrufbar).
