Lieferung und Inbetriebnahme einer Elektronenstrahl-Mikrosonde Die Fachgruppe Mineralogie-Geochemie des Instituts für Geowissenschaften und Geographie der Martin-Luther-Universität Halle-Wittenberg beabsichtigt die Beschaffung einer hochauflösenden Elektronenstrahl-Mikrosonde (Electron Probe MicroAnalyzer, EPMA) zur präzisen quantitativen und qualitativen Analyse der chemischen Zusammensetzung fester Proben im Mikro- bis Submikrometerbereich. Die Mikrosonde soll vorrangig in der geowissenschaftlichen Forschung sowie zur Materialanalyse eingesetzt werden. Ziel ist die ortsaufgelöste, nicht-destruktive Analyse der Elementverteilung mit hoher räumlicher und analytischer Präzision. Neben Geomaterialien ist auch angedacht, synthetische Festkörper und Werkstoffe mit der neuen EPMA zu analysieren.
