Description

Das Max-Planck-Institut für molekulare Physiologie beabsichtigt die Beschaffung eines hochauflösenden Plasma-FIB Rasterelektronenmikroskopsystems einschließlich kundenspezifischer wissenschaftlicher Konfiguration, Softwareintegration, Installation und Inbetriebnahme für volumetrische Elektronenmikroskopie (vEM) und cryo-vEM-Anwendungen. Das System dient der Durchführung hochauflösender volumetrischer Elektronenmikroskopie und der Integration in bestehende wissenschaftliche Workflow- und Kryo-EM-Infrastrukturen des Instituts. Beschaffung eines hochauflösenden Plasma-FIB Rasterelektronenmikroskopsystems einschließlich kundenspezifischer wissenschaftlicher Konfiguration, Softwareintegration, Installation und Inbetriebnahme für volumetrische Elektronenmikroskopie (vEM) und cryo-vEM-Anwendungen. Das System dient der Durchführung hochauflösender volumetrischer Elektronenmikroskopie sowie der Integration in bestehende wissenschaftliche Workflow- und Kryo-EM-Infrastrukturen des Instituts. Die Vergabe erfolgt im Verhandlungsverfahren ohne Teilnahmewettbewerb gemäß § 14 Abs. 4 Nr. 2 lit. b und c VgV, da aus technischen Gründen kein Wettbewerb vorhanden ist und keine vernünftige Alternativ- oder Ersatzlösung besteht.
