KKE 3230 Innenputzarbeiten Der Bauherr realisiert unter besonderer Beachtung von Nachhaltigkeitskriterien den Neubau zur Unterbringung von Zolldienststellen am Standort. Dessen hohe Gebäudequalität soll durch eine Zertifizierung nach dem Bewertungssystem Nachhaltiges Bauen für Bundesgebäude (BNB) im SILBER-Standard erreicht werden. Die Umsetzung der Baumaßnahme hält sich an die Grundsätze des aktuell gültigen "Leitfadens Nachhaltiges Bauen" vom Bundesministerium des Inneren, für Bau und Heimat (BMI). 2.050 m² - Innenputz PII auf Wänden, gefilzt 330 m - Innenputz PII in Streifen bis 50 cm 120 m - Innenputz PII an Stürzen bis 30cm 430 m - Abstellung ohne Abschlussprofil 300 m - Abstellung mit Abschlussprofil 250 m - Eckschutzprofil, Stahl, verzinkt für Putzdicke bis 20mm 100 m² - Decken aus Stahlbeton reinigen, schleifen, grundieren, spachteln 100 m² - Deckenanstrich Dispersionssilikat-Innenfarbe
