Description

Kreis Herford, Stiftung Zukunft im Wittekindskreis, Bau eines Hospizes - Putz- und Stuckarbeiten Die „Stiftung Zukunft im Wittekindskreis“ plant das denkmalgeschützte Gebäude auf dem Grundstück "Unter den Linden" 41, 32052 Herford in ein Hospiz mit 10 Betten umzubauen. Die geplanten Maßnahmen beinhalten sowohl die denkmalgerechte Sanierung des dreigeschossigen Bestandsgebäudes, einen zweigeschossigen Anbau mit Keller im rückwärtigen Bereich des Grundstückes, sowie den Neubau eines Aufzugsturms in verschiedenen Bauabschnitten. Bestandteil der ausgeschriebenen Leistungen ist das verputzen der Innenwände mit Kalkzementputz sowie mit Sanierputz. Im Anbau sind vor allem Kleinflächen im Bereich von Altputz zu bearbeiten. Hauptmassen : 771 m² Kalkzementputz 52 Stück Kalkzementputz in Kleinflächen 379 m² Sanierputz
