Description

Der Zweckverband Abfallwirtschaft Region Hannover betreibt am Standort Hannover-Lahe eine mechanisch-biologische Restabfallbehandlungsanlage (MBA). Der mechanischen Aufbereitungsanlage (MA), in der Restabfälle in verschiedenen Schritten aufbereitet werden, ist die biologische Aufbereitung (BA) nachgeschaltet. Hierbei wird ein Teil der separierten Feinfraktion einer Vergärung zugeführt, bei der in drei Gärbehältern Biogas erzeugt wird. Die Beschickung der Gärbehälter erfolgt mittels zwei Dickstoffpumpenlinien. Der Gärstoff aus den Gärbehältern wird teilweise im Kreislauf geführt. Dafür wird er von zwei Rezirkulationspumpen zurück zu den Beschickungspumpen gepumpt. Die Pumpaggregate sollen am selben Ort durch neue Aggregate ersetzt werden. Gegenstand des Auftrags ist die Demontage der Altgeräte sowie die Lieferung und Montage der vier neuen Pumpaggregate inkl. aller Zubehörteile (wie Nebenaggregate, Peripherie etc.). Die Vorhaltung eines Störungsdienstes ist ebenfalls Teil der Leistung.
