Description

Die Stadt Creglingen beabsichtigt eine Sanierung sowie Umbau eines ehemaligen Krankenhauses zu einem Ärztezentrum im laufenden Betrieb. Die Flächen des ehemaligen Krankenhauses wurden im Dezember 2023 vom Main-Tauber-Kreis erworben. Die Bauherrin benötigt Unterstützung im Bereich der Projektsteuerung. Hierzu gehört die Koordination der Nutzung während der Bauphase und des Umzugs. Geplant ist ein Verhandlungsverfahren ohne vorgelagerten Planungswettbewerb nach § 17 Abs. 1 VgV mit vorausgehendem Teilnahmewettbewerb. Mit dieser Ausschreibung werden leistungsfähige Sonderfachleute gesucht, welche die jeweiligen Leistungen (Projektstufen 1-5) der Projektsteuerung gemäß AHO 2025 erbringen. Die Beauftragung erfolgt stufenweise. Eine ausführliche Beschreibung der Aufgabenstellung finden Sie in den Auslobungsunterlagen mit sämtlichen Anlagen. Zu erbringen sind Leistungen der Projektsteuerung nach AHO 2025. Folgende fest zu beauftragende Leistungen werden stufenweise vergeben: Projektstufen 1 - 5 und Handlungsbereich A - E. Ferner sind die im Folgenden aufgeführten besonderen Leistungen zu beauftragen: Koordinierung Umzug der chirurgischen Tagesklinik vom 1. ins 2. OG; Koordinierung Umzug der internistischen Praxis vom 1. ins 2. OG; unangekündigte Baustellenbegehungen mind. 14-tägig; Jour fix mit allen Beteiligten 1 x monatlich; Überprüfung der Ausschreibungsunterlagen auf Vollständigkeit der Unterlagen und Überprüfung der Ausführungen.
