Eines der bedeutendsten Vorhaben des Strukturwandels in der Braunkohleregion Lausitz ist der Aufbau einer staatlichen Universitätsmedizin im Rahmen des Vorhabens "Innovationszentrum Universitätsmedizin Cottbus" (IUC) Der Auftraggeber (AG), die Medizinische Universität Lausitz - Carl Thiem KöR (MUL-CT) verfolgt ein deutschlandweit einzigartiges Profil mit Schwerpunkten in Gesundheitssystem- und Versorgungsforschung sowie Digitalisierung und Public Health, um innovative Versorgungsmodelle für ländliche Regionen zu entwickeln und Ärztinnen und Ärzte für Brandenburg auszubilden. Der AG beabsichtigt den Ausbau des ehemaligen städtischen Carl-Thiem-Klinikums (CTK) zum Universitätsklinikum und Digitalen Leitkrankenhaus. Ab dem Wintersemester 2026/27 soll der Studiengang Humanmedizin (Staatsexamen) mit einem kontinuierlichen Aufwuchs auf bis zu 1.200 Studienplätze starten; ab 2028/29 folgen Masterprogramme u. a. in Advanced Nursing Practice, Gesundheitssystemwissenschaften und Medical Data Science. Mit vollständiger Projektumsetzung werden ca. 4.500 Mitarbeiter in der MUL-CT arbeiten. An ca. 80 Lehrstühlen wird zudem Forschung & Lehre praktiziert. Der Aufbau der Universitätsmedizin ist Teil des regionalen Transformationsprozesses der Lausitz. Zentrale Herausforderungen liegen neben der baulichen Entwicklung in der Digitalisierung, Verkehrsanbindung sowie der Schaffung von Wohn-, sozialen und kulturellen Angeboten. Geplant ist ein innovativer Medizincampus mit hohen funktionalen und städtebaulichen Qualitätsstandards. Für die Abwicklung des Projekts benötigt die MUL-CT externe Unterstützung auf dem Gebiet des Projektmanagements. Die damit verbundenen Leistungen sind Gegenstand des hiesigen Vergabeverfahrens. Im Wesentlichen geht es um folgende Leistungen, wobei beabsichtigt ist, die Leistungen teilweise optional zu vergeben: - Projektsteuerung - Projektleitung (optional) - Projektcontrolling (optional) - Technische Oberleitung (optional) Das Bauvolumen beträgt ca. 700 Mio. EUR brutto Die Bauleistung soll bis Ende 2037 umgesetzt sein, wonach sich die vorläufige Laufzeit des hier ausgeschriebenen Projektmanagements definiert. Nähere Angaben zum Ausschreibungsgegenstand sind den Vergabeunterlagen zu entnehmen.
