Description

Der Bäderbetrieb der Stadt Oldenburg errichtet derzeit am Standort Mühlenhofsweg 80, 26125 Oldenburg das „Flötenteichbad“. Im Rahmen dieser Ausschreibung beabsichtigt die Bauherrin die Leistung „Projektmanagementleistungen, Schwerpunkt Projektleitung“ zu vergeben. Hierfür gilt folgende Aufgabenstellung: Die ausgeschriebene Aufgabe umfasst die Übernahme der Projektleitung eines komplexen, fortgeschrittenen Großbauprojektes des öffentlichen Auftraggebers. Der Bauherr befindet sich seit einigen Monaten im Krisenmanagement. Aufgrund der fehlenden Personalressourcen und der Historie des Projektes ist Aufarbeitung notwendig. Grundsätzlich sind durch den Bieter alle Handlungsbereiche (A-E) abzudecken. Unterstützt wird seine Tätigkeit durch ein externes Projektsteuerungsbüro, dass seit Projektbeginn involviert ist. Ziel ist es möglichst schnell eine handlungsfähige, verlässliche Bauherrenorganisation zu erzeugen und das Projekt zukünftig auf „stabile Füße zu stellen“.
