Vergabe der Projektsteuerungsleistungen für den Neubau Bad in VillingenSchwenningen Die Bäder Villingen-Schwenningen GmbH (BVS) betreibt derzeit das Hallenbad Villingen, das Neckarbad und das Kneippbad. Jährlich besuchen mehr als 230.000 Badegäste diese Einrichtungen. Vor allem beim Hallenbad Villingen hat sich über die Jahre ein baulicher Handlungsbedarf ergeben. Deshalb wurde 2021 gemeinsam mit den Nutzern ein Anforderungsprofil ausgearbeitet und verschiedene Varianten untersucht. Im Ergebnis hat man sich dazu entschieden, eine neues „zentrales Bad“ an einem neuen Standort zwischen Villingen und Schwenningen zu errichten. Das neue Bad am Standort „Klosterhof“ soll dann das jetzige Hallenbad und das Neckarbad ersetzen. Das neue Bad soll nachhaltig, kosteneffizient und energieoptimiert werden und mit hoher gestalterischer Qualität. Der Nutzflächenbedarf wird auf 5.200 m² geschätzt und es sollen 5 Becken mit unterschiedlichen Anforderungen realisiert werden: 2 Sportbecken 1 Lehrschwimmbecken mit Hubboden 1 Mehrzweckbecken 1 Kleinkindbecken Weiterhin ist ein Gastronomiebereich geplant sowie ein Kiosk und eine Saunalandschaft mit 3 Saunen. Die Gesamtkosten wurden dabei auf über 50 Mio. € brutto geschätzt. Die Planungsleistungen für die: - Objektplanung Gebäude - Fachplanung TGA (2 Lose; HLS und Elt) - Fachplanung Tragwerksplanung - Fachplanung Brandschutz - Fachplanung Bauphysik werden zu Zeit vergeben. Die Verhandlungsverfahren dazu laufen bereits und die Aufträge sollen im Oktober 2025 vergeben werden. Bei der Vergabe der Architektenleistungen werden Lösungsvorschläge bei den 3 bis 5 auszuwählenden Bietern beauftragt. Die für die weitere Realisierung benötigten Projektsteuerungsleistungen sind Bestandteil dieses Vergabeverfahrens.
