Description

Naturnahe Umgrestaltung der Werre, Umsetzungsschritt 1 - Projektmanagementleistungen Die Städte Bad Oeynhausen und Löhne haben mit der naturnahen Gestaltung der unteren Werre von Flusskilometer (Fluss-km) 4,1 bis 9,0 im Einfluss- und Rückstaubereich des Sielwehres begonnen. Das Wehr wird in eine Sohlgleite umgestaltet und der Wasserspiegel oberhalb wird abgesenkt. Das Gewässerprofil soll erheblich verbreitert und die Gewässersohle im derzeitigen Rückstaubereich aufgehöht werden. Das Gesamtprojekt untergliedert sich in zwei Umsetzungsschritte: - Umsetzungsschritt 1: Fluss-km 4,1 bis 5,7 - Umsetzungsschritt 2: Fluss-km 5,7 bis 9,0 Die vorliegende Ausschreibung umfasst die Fortführung laufender Projektmanagementleistun-gen im Rahmen der begonnenen Realisierung des Umsetzungsschrittes 1. Diese sind in Orien-tierung an die AHO Schriftenreihe Nr. 9 den Projektstufen Ausführung und Projektabschluss zuzuordnen und umfassen schwerpunktartig die Fortführung der Unterstützung des Auftraggebers in der Abwicklung einer im August 2025 beauftragten zentralen Baumaßnahme. Weitere Informationen sind der Aufgabenbeschreibung und den zugehörigen Anlagen zu entnehmen.
