Description

Leistungen eines Projektsteuerers - Die Auftraggeberin (AG), die Innovationsquartier Oldenburg GmbH (IQON), beabsichtigt, am Standort „Quartier Alte Fleiwa“ in Oldenburg ein Forschungs- und Innovationszentrum für IT zu etablieren. Zukünftig sollen universitäre und duale Bildung, anwendungsorientierte Forschung in Unternehmen, Start-Ups sowie Anwenderinnen und Anwender auf einem gemeinsamen Campus zusammengeführt werden. Auf einem ehemaligen Fabrikareal ist der Neubau zweier etwa 500 m voneinander entfernten Büro- und Forschungsgebäude sowie der Ankauf von Bestandsgebäuden vorgesehen. Auf dem historischen Areal sind verschiedene denkmalgeschützte bauliche Anlagen vorhanden. Weiterhin wird das Areal von verschiedenen Dienstleistungsunternehmen, diversen Ämtern der Stadt Oldenburg sowie einer Religionsgemeinschaft genutzt. Das Bauvorhaben wird als Zuwendungsbau aus Bundes- und Landesmitteln finanziert. Im vorliegenden Verfahren wird nun ergänzend die Leistung eines Projektsteurers nach AHO ausgeschrieben, der die Projektsteuerung für die Errichtung von zwei neuen Forschungsgebäuden für die Innovationsquartier Oldenburg GmbH (im Folgenden auch: „IQON GmbH“ oder „AG“ genannt) übernimmt. Im vorliegenden Verfahren wird nun ergänzend die Leistung eines Projektsteurers nach AHO ausgeschrieben, der die Projektsteuerung für die Errichtung von zwei neuen Forschungsgebäuden für die Innovationsquartier Oldenburg GmbH (im Folgenden auch: „IQON GmbH“ oder „AG“ genannt) übernimmt. Zu den Einzelheiten der ausgeschriebenen Leistungserbringung wird auf die Anlage 01 - Leistungsbeschreibung zum Projektsteuerervertrag, und den als Anlage 02 beigefügten Entwurf des Projektsteuerervertrags verwiesen. Es wird insbesondere auch auf die dort beschriebenen Kosten- und Terminziele verwiesen.
