Description

Das Teilbauwerk der Pliensaubrücke über den Neckarschifffahrtskanal ist in einem baulich sehr schlechten und insgesamt in einem unzeitgemäßen, optisch unattraktiven und der räumlichen Situation unangemessenen Zustand. Eine Generalsanierung scheidet sowohl aus wirtschaftlich nachhaltigen als auch aus städtebaulich, ästhetischen Gründen aus. Ein Ersatzneubau ist zwingend erforderlich. Das Gesamtprojekt Ersatzneubau Pliensaubrücke über den Neckar einschließlich der Rampe in den Neckaruferpark soll gemäß der vorliegenden Entwurfs-, der Kosten- und der Terminplanung realisiert werden (Baubeschluss). Es soll eine ca. 73m lange und mind. 6m breite Brücke in einer semiintegralen Stahlkonstruktion errichtet werden. Eine barrierefreie Führung des Fuß-/Radverkehrs auf der Rampe und Brücke muss gewährleistet werden. Eine durchgängige Handlaufbeleuchtung und ein Seilnetzgeländer sind angedacht. Fördermittel durch das Land Baden-Württemberg sind angedacht. Eine vertragliche Regelung zur Mitbenutzung der Grundstücksfläche, die im Eigentum der Deutschen Bahn AG stehen, ist erfolgt. Die Meilensteine zur Umsetzung des Projekts sehen vor: - Leistungsbeginn PS: August 2026 - Baubeginn: Februar 2027 - Fertigstellung: Juli 2029 - Projektende: Dezember 2029 Die Gesamtkosten des Projektes (KG 200+300+400+500+700 ) werden auf ca. 17,05 Mio. € Brutto geschätzt, und gliedert sich in folgende Aufteilung der Kostengruppen: KGr. 200+300+400: 13,95 Mio. € KGr. 700: 3,1 Mio. € Es ist beabsichtigt mit dieser Ausschreibung folgende Leistungen zu beauftragen: - Leistungen der Projektsteuerung gemäß AHO_Heft Nr.9 - Projektstufen 3 bis 5 - Handlungsbereiche A bis E - Die Leistungen werden nicht stufenweise beauftragt. Die Leistungen beginnen mit Projektstufe 3.
