Projektsteuerungsleistungen und BIM-Management Der BLB Köln plant für die TH Köln im Rahmen der Neugestaltung des Campus Deutz eine neue Mensa zu errichten. Die Technische Hochschule Köln (TH Köln) versteht sich als University of Technology, Arts, Sciences mit rund 21.000 Studierenden, 440 Professor*innen sowie 1.600 Mitarbeitenden. Das Studienangebot umfasst die Bereiche Angewandte Naturwissenschaften, Architektur und Bauwesen, Information und Kommunikation, Informatik, Ingenieurwesen, Kultur, Gesellschaft und Soziales sowie Wirtschaft. Forschungsschwerpunkte sind Zukunftsthemen wie Klimawandel, Energieversorgung, Ernährungssicherheit und demographischer Wandel. 2012 legte ein städtebaulicher Wettbewerb die Grundstruktur für die bauliche Entwicklung des Campus fest. Auf dieser Grundlage entstand der Masterplan, der im Bebauungsplan Nr. 69449/05 "Östlich Reitweg (Campus Deutz der TH Köln) in Köln-Deutz" mündete und am 08.01.2025 in Kraft trat. Nach dem derzeitigen Planungsstand sollen die Ersatzneubauten in drei Bauphasen realisiert werden. Das zu realisierende Gebäude der Mensa, bildet innerhalb des Campus die wichtige westliche Platzkante zum zukünftigen Campusplatz und ist mit der zentralen Lage gleichzeitig ein wichtiger Baustein im gesamten Campus. Insgesamt ca. 3.670 m2 NUF (1-6) für das Gebäude der Mensa sind für verschiedene Nutzungen umzusetzen: - Akademie für wissenschaftliche Weiterbildung (AKA) - Allgemeiner Studierendenausschuss (AStA) - Begegnungsraum (ehem. ESG - Café Freiraum) - Hochschulreferat Internationale Angelegenheiten (Referat 2) - Hochschulreferat Studium und Lehre (Referat 3) - Kölner Studierendenwerk (Mensa) - Senatssaal - Zentrale Pforte Die Baukostenobergrenze ist mit rund 29.700.288 EUR (netto; Stand 07.2022) KG 200-600 für Gebäude der Mensa zum Start des Projektes prognostiziert und als Vorgabe festgelegt. Davon entfallen 18.620.894 EUR (netto) auf die Kostengruppe 300 und 10.517.386 EUR (netto) auf die Kostengruppe 400. Inhalt dieser Ausschreibung sind die Leistungen der Projektsteuerung und des BIM-Management
