Das externe Projektmanagement (Auftragnehmer) unterstützt das interne Projektmanagement aktiv beim Projektmanagement und beratend bei der Umsetzung des Projektes. Unterstützung wird im projektpartnerübergreifenden Monitoring, der Moderation und Dokumentation von Meetings, der Entwicklung von Lösungsansätzen bei Planänderungen und der Kommunikation und Abstimmung mit dem Projektträger (DLR) erwartet. Die detaillierten Aufgaben werden bedarfsorientiert in enger Ab-stimmung mit und nach Maßgabe der Projektleitung festgelegt. Federführend verantwortlich ist das externe Projektmanagement für die Koordination und Förderung der Zusammenarbeit aller Projekt-partner und das damit verbundene Informations- und Wissensmanagement. Die Beratungs- und Unterstützungsleistung durch das externe Projektmanagement soll über die Ge-samtprojektlaufzeit plus 6 Monate (bei Planänderungen oder Projektverlängerungen) in einem Um-fang von ca. 221 Arbeitstage (á 8 h) nach Bedarf zur Verfügung stehen. Der Unterstützungsbedarf wird im ersten Jahr ca. 40 % des Gesamtvolumens betragen.
