Auf einem ca. 15.010 m² großen Grundstück an der Karl-Postl-Str./Parlerstr. in München Milbertshofen-Am Hart plant die Münchner Wohnen den Neubau von 5 unterkellerten Wohngebäuden in Zeilenbauweise mit Tiefgarage und einer Mobilitätsstation. Die Maßnahme wird von einem Totalunternehmer in serieller modularer Bauweise in Holz-Hybrid ausgeführt.
