Description

Für den gemeinsamen Betrieb von FAIR und GSI wird ein leistungsstarkes, zuverlässiges und flexibles CAFM-System als Verhandlungsverfahren mit Teilnahmewettbewerb ausgeschrieben (Computer-Aided Facility Management). Das System sammelt und strukturiert die zugehörigen Daten der Immobilien, Einrichtungen, Anlagen und Abläufe und stellt Arbeitsprozesse für den Betrieb und die Wahrnehmung der Betreiberverantwortung durch FAIR und GSI zur Verfügung. Durch das CAFM-System werden die Daten auch für andere Anwendungen und Arbeitsprozessen strukturiert und qualitätsgesichert verfügbar gemacht. Gleichzeitig sollen über Schnittstellen auch Informationen aus anderen Bereichen aufgenommen und verknüpft werden. Darüber hinaus sollen alphanumerische, grafische und nutzerspezifische Auswertungen ermöglicht werden, hin von einfachen Flächenberichten bis zur Darstellung komplexer Abhängigkeiten. Hierfür sind derzeit ein Implementierungsprojekt sowie eine Nutzungsphase von jeweils ca. 4 Jahren geplant, für die weiteren Schritte bis hin zur vollständigen gemeinsamen Anwendung und die zunächst damit in Verbindung stehende stufenweise Inbetriebnahme sind aus heutiger Sicht ca. 10 - 15 Jahre anzusetzen. Aus diesem Grund sind optionale Verlängerungen von weiteren 4 Jahren sowie zweimal 2 Jahren vorgesehen, wodurch sich die folgenden Vertragsphasen ergeben: - Implementierungsphase von 4 Jahren und anschließende - Nutzungsphase von 4 Jahren plus ggf. - Verlängerungsoptionen der Nutzungsphase von maximal 8 Jahren (1x4J + 2x2J)
