Description

Die Gemeinde Frensdorf (im folgenden auch „Verpächter“ oder „Gebietskörperschaft“) führt zur Auswahl eines Netzbetreibers im Rahmen des Betreibermodells gemäß Nr. 3.2 der Gigabit-Richtlinie 2.0 ein europaweites, transparentes und diskriminierungsfreies Verfahren zur Vergabe einer Dienstleistungskonzession nach den Vorschriften des Teils 4 GWB und der Konzessionsvergabeverordnung (KonzVgV) durch. Die Bewerber haben mit Angebotsabgabe zugleich die geforderten Eignungsnachweise vorzulegen. Der Verpächter behält sich vor, mit den Bietern Verhandlungen über deren Angebote zu führen oder das jeweilige Erstangebot zu bezuschlagen. Der Verpächter wählt anhand der unter Ziff. 8.2 genannten Wertungskriterien das wirtschaftlichste Angebot für den Zuschlag aus. Die Gebietskörperschaft behält sich vor, das Vergabeverfahren ganz oder teilweise aufzuheben, sofern kein wirtschaftliches Ergebnis erzielt wird oder sonstige sachliche Gründe einer Zuschlagserteilung entgegenstehen.
