Description

Die Gemeinde Zaberfeld besteht aus den Ortsteilen Zaberfeld, Michelbach, Ochsenburg und Leonbronn und beabsichtigt die einzelnen Ortsfeuerwehren zu einem zentral gelegenen Feuerwehrhaus mit 6 Stellplätzen, am westlichen Ortsrand von Zaberfeld zusammenzuführen. Mit dem Verfahren eines Planungswettbewerbs soll auf der Grundlage der Vorentwürfe die beste architektonische, funktionale, wirtschaftliche und städtebauliche Lösung für die zu planende und zu realisierende Hochbaumaßnahme und der Freianlagen gefunden werden, die den gewachsenen Aufgaben der Feuerwehr in Qualität und Leistungsfähigkeit gerecht wird, die gestiegenen funktionalen Anforderungen an das neue Gebäude erfüllt und die spezifischen betrieblichen und verkehrstechnischen Abläufen berücksichtigt. Ziel ist weiter, ein in Planung, Bau und Betrieb wirtschaftlich optimiertes Gebäude, das im Bau, Betrieb, Zweckmäßigkeit und Unterhaltung die Anforderungen der Ausloberin einhält.
