Description

Das Städtische Klinikum Wolfenbüttel beabsichtigt den viergeschossigen Ostflügel ihres Hauptgebäudes nach Südosten (Anbau Ost) zu erweitern. Vor dem Hintergrund der politisch beabsichtigten Entwicklungen in der Krankenhausplanung mit deutlich weniger Krankenhäusern und einer starken Ambulantisierung bei gleich-zeitiger demographisch bedingter Ausdünnung der niedergelassenen Ärzte und stark rückläufiger Niederlassungswilligkeit junger Mediziner, gilt es für das Städtische Klinikum Wolfenbüttel jetzt, die strategischen Weichen für die medizinische Versorgung im und am Krankenhaus in Wolfenbüttel erneut zu stellen. Das Städtische Klinikum Wolfenbüttel beabsichtigt deshalb, den viergeschossigen Ostflügel ihres Hauptgebäudes nach Südosten (Anbau Ost) zu erweitern. Die Entwurfs- und Genehmigungsplanung LP 1 - 4 nach HOAI ist bereits abgeschlossen. Das Brandschutzkonzept, Statik-Prüfberichte sowie der Standsicherheitsnachweis liegen vor. Daran anknüpfend sollen nun die Leistungsphasen 5-9 erbracht werden. Für die Realisierung des Projektes ist folgender Terminplan angedacht Ausführungsplanung: Juni 2026 Ausschreibung + Beauftragung der Firmen: Juli - August 2026 Baubeginn: August 2026 Bauzeit: 18 Monate
