Soziale Stadt Gladbach & Westend - Objektplanung Freianlagen für die Aufwertung des Schulhofes des Math.-Nat. Gymnasiums (G04) - Schaffung einer Aufenthaltsqualität, Erneuerung der Sportfelder (Leistungsphasen 3-9) Das im Dezember 2017 fertiggestellte und zu Beginn des Jahres 2018 beschlossene Integrierte Handlungs- und Entwicklungskonzept (IHEK) Alt-Mönchengladbach (jetzt Gladbach & Westend), das auf Grundlage einer breit angelegten und bis dahin in Form und Intensität für die Stadt Mönchengladbach neuartigen Bürgerbeteiligung erarbeitet wurde, bildet die Grundlage für die Städtebauförderungsmaßnahme Soziale Stadt Gladbach und Westend.
