Description

In § 57b Atomgesetz (AtG) ist festgelegt, dass die Schachtanlage Asse II unverzüglich stillzulegen ist. Vor der Stilllegung sollen die eingelagerten radioaktiven Abfälle rückgeholt werden. Für das komplexe und anspruchsvolle Vorhaben „Rückholung“ existieren keinerlei Erfahrungswerte, es ist bisher weltweit einmalig. Aufgrund der gegebenen hydrogeologischen (Lösungszutritt), ge-birgsmechanischen (mangelnde Stabilität) und strahlenschutztechnischen Randbedingungen (Um-gang mit offener Radioaktivität) sind besondere Herausforderungen zu bewältigen, um die Rückho-lung der radioaktiven Abfälle erfolgreich und sicher durchführen zu können. Gegenstand dieser Ausschreibung ist die Erbringung von Planungs- und Ingenieurleistungen für die Planung der Auffahrung des konventionellen Teils des Rückholbergwerks sowie alle hierfür erforder-lichen, unter Tage befindlichen, baulichen und technischen Anlagen eines Bergwerks.
