Description

Entstehen soll ein neues Zentralgebäude für die operativen Fächer mit Zentral-OP, Intensivpflege, Allgemeinpflege, Ambulanz und Radiologie. Der zu planende Neubau wird im baulichen und funktionalen Zusammenhang mit dem neuen Herzzentrum (B 25) des UKB entwickelt (Zentralklinikum 1. BA) und wird auf dem Baufeld des jetzigen Gebäudes der medizinischen Klinik (B 26) errichtet, welches im Vorfeld rückgebaut wird. Die Planung des gesamten Bauvorhabens erfolgt nach der BIM-Planungsmethode. Die Leistungsbilder der einzelnen Planungsdisziplinen beinhalten entsprechende Anforderungen und Teilleistungen. Zur Definition der BIM-Ziele und weiterer Parameter im Zuge der Planer-Ausschreibungen und Projektvorbereitung wurde der AG durch eine zuvor beauftragte BIM-Beratung unterstützt.
