Neubau Wohnheim BSZ Löbau - Fachplanung Tragwerksplanung Der Landkreis Görlitz plant den Neubau einer Wohnheimanlage am Beruflichen Schulzentrum Löbau für 120 Plätze auf dem Grundstück Theodor-Körner-Straße Flurstück-Nr. 1364. Im Gebäude sind darüber hinaus Gruppen- und Freizeiträume sowie Personal- und Mitarbeiterräume integriert. Mit dem Verfahren soll ein Fachplanungsbüro für die Tragwerksplanung des Bauvorhabens gefunden werden. Auftragsgegenstand: (1) Vergabe der Fachplanung Tragwerksplanung gem. § 49 ff. HOAI 2021, Leistungsphasen 1-6 (2) Besondere Leistungen: • Ingenieurtechnische Kontrolle der Ausführung des Tragwerks auf Übereinstimmung mit den geprüften statischen Unterlagen
