Description

Für die Sanierung und den Umbau der Jägerkaserne in Naumburg (Saale) zu einem Museumsdepot und -Verwaltung wird als Los 3 die Fachplanung Technische Ausrüstung - HLS nach § 55 HOAI ausgeschrieben. Zur Unterbringung der städtischen Sammlungen, des Archivs für Schriftgut sowie der Verwaltung der Museen der Stadt Naumburg soll ein Teil eines Gebäudes der alten Jägerkaserne saniert und zum Museumsdepot und -Verwaltung der Stadt Naumburg (Saale) umgebaut werden. Dafür wurden bereits Planungsleistungen der Leistungsphasen 1 bis 3 erbracht und auf dieser Grundlage die nötigen Fördermittel beantragt und bewilligt. Für die Umsetzung des Gesamtvorhabens wird von Gesamtkosten (KG 300-700) in Höhe von max. 4,6 Mio. EUR incl. MwSt. ausgegangen. Im Rahmen dieses VgV-Verfahrens beabsichtigt die Stadt Naumburg (Saale), die Fachplanungsleistungen Technische Ausrüstung (HLS) nach § 55 HOAI zu vergeben. Die Leistungen werden stufenweise vergeben zunächst für die Leistungsphase 4 (optional 5-7, 8-9). Folgende Leistungen werden mit weiteren Verfahren ausgeschrieben: - Objektplanung Gebäude gem. § 34 HOAI (Los 1) - Fachplanung Tragwerk gem. § 51 HOAI (Los 2) - Fachplanung Technische Ausrüstung ELT gem. § 55 HOAI (Los 4) Der Auftraggeber behält sich eine stufenweise Beauftragung einzelner oder mehrerer Leistungsphasen bis zum Abschluss der Baumaßnahme vor. Grundlage der Beauftragung sind die KVM-Vertragsmuster. Nach Beauftragung ist umgehend mit der Bearbeitung zu beginnen. Aktueller Terminplan: - 01/27 Genehmigungsplanung, - 04/27 Baugenehmigung - ab 05/27 Ausschreibung und Vergabe, - 10/27 Baubeginn, - 04/30 Baufertigstellung, bezugsfertig.
