Description

Der Auftrag umfasst die Planungsleistungen Technische Ausrüstung nach § 53 ff HOAI in Verbindung mit Anlage 15 HOAI - HLS, ALG 1-3, 8, Leistungsphasen 5-9 für die Generalsanierung der Forstersbergschule in Röthenbach a.d. Pegnitz. Die Gebäude der Forstersbergschule in Röthenbach an der Pegnitz werden einer Generalsanierung unterzogen. In den Gebäuden sind Schule und Turnhalle untergebracht. Leistungsphasen 1-4 wurden bereits bearbeitet und sind bereits erbracht. Die Schule wird einer Sanierung (BA III) unterzogen. Für die Turnhalle ist ein Ersatzneubau erforderlich. (BA II) Für die Maßnahme sind Fördermittel beantragt. Die Bauabschnitte sollen, wenn möglich direkt hintereinander, bzw. parallel ausgeführt werden, sodass die Maßnahme in einem Zug durchgeführt wird und die Schule in einer möglichst kurzen Zeit wieder dem aktuellen Stand der Technik entspricht. Mit der Leistung ist unmittelbar nach Abschluss des Vergabeverfahrens zu beginnen.
