Description

Der Oldenburgisch-Ostfriesische Wasserverband ist u. a. für die Trinkwasserversorgung im Landkreis Wesermarsch verantwortlich. Der Landkreis Wesermarsch besitzt keine eigene Einspeisung durch ein Wasserwerk, da hier aufgrund der vollständigen Versalzung des Untergrunds kein nutzbares Grundwasser gewonnen werden kann. Die Versorgung wird durch die benachbarten Wasserwerke Sandelermöns und Großenkneten sowie untergeordnet Nethen sichergestellt. Die bisher noch freien Kapazitäten des Werkes Großen-kneten werden in den nächsten Jahren weitgehend ausgeschöpft sein und somit ist ein Ausgleich zwischen den Wasserwerken Sandelermöns und Großenkneten erforderlich. Hiermit einhergehend hat das Wasserwerk Sandelermöns eine wichtige Schlüsselposition in der künftigen Trinkwasserversorgung. Um weiterhin die Trinkwasserversorgung im Landkreis Wesermarsch sicherzustellen, soll das Wasser aus Sandelermöns auf direktem Wege über das Speicherpumpwerk Diekmannshausen zur Verfügung gestellt werden. Daher ist eine Transportleitung DN 600 vom Wasserwerk Sandelermöns bis zum Speicherpumpwerk in Diekmannshausen geplant. Die Transportleitung soll eine geplante Jahresmenge von 7,03 Mio. m3/a fördern. Gegenstand dieses Vergabeverfahrens sind die Planungsleistungen der Objektplanung für Ingenieurbauwerke und der Fachplanung der Technischen Ausrüstung für die Leistungsphase (Lph) 5-7. Zur Lph 5 sind die Planungsleistungen vom vorbefassten Planer bereits weitestgehend erbracht worden und werden vom Bauherrn zur Objektplanung Ingenieurbauwerke mit einem Fertigstellungsgrad von ca. 60-70% und zur Planung der Technischen Ausrüstung mit ca. 85 % bewertet.
