Description

Gegenstand der Ausschreibung sind Leistungen für die Planung und Realisierung von Flugbetriebsflächen der Rollbahn K4, Flugbetriebsflächen zum Anschluss an das zukünftige Vorfeld des Regierungsflughafens und die Rollbahnanschlüsse H1 und H2 an der Rollbahn G sowie die Rollbahn G und K6. Die Flughafen Berlin Brandenburg GmbH beabsichtigt einen Generalplanervertrag für Architekten- und Ingenieurleistungen als Stufenvertrag in Anlehnung an die HOAI 2021 zu vergeben. Die Leistungen der Leistungsbilder umfassen dabei sowohl Grundleistungen, besondere Leistungen als auch zusätzliche Planungsleistungen. Der auszuschreibende Generalplanervertrag soll in folgende Auftragsstufen gegliedert sein: Beauftragungsstufe 1, mit Zuschlag fest beauftragt: Leistungsphasen 1 bis 4 der nachfolgenden Leistungsbilder und besonderen Leistungen: • Objektplanung: Verkehrsanlagen • Fachplanung: Ingenieurbauwerke • Fachplanung: Tragwerksplanung • Fachplanung: Technische Ausrüstung mit der Anlagengruppe: - nutzungsspezifische Anlagen Beauftragungsstufe 2: Leistungsphase 5 bis 7 der nachfolgenden Leistungsbilder und besonderen Leistungen: • Objektplanung: Verkehrsanlagen • Fachplanung: Ingenieurbauwerke • Fachplanung: Tragwerksplanung • Fachplanung: Technische Ausrüstung mit der Anlagengruppe: - nutzungsspezifische Anlagen Beauftragungsstufe 3: Leistungsphase 8 und 9 der nachfolgenden Leistungsbilder und besonderen Leistungen: • Objektplanung: Verkehrsanlagen • Fachplanung: Ingenieurbauwerke • Fachplanung: Tragwerksplanung • Fachplanung: Technische Ausrüstung mit der Anlagengruppe: - nutzungsspezifische Anlagen Die Leistung umfasst Bedarfspositionen: Beratende / Gutachterliche Leistungen Leistungen der Fremdüberwachung - Kontrollprüfungen für den Erd-, Asphalt- und Betonbau, Folienverlegung
