Stadtwerke Leipzig is procuring comprehensive general planning services for a large heat pump system with a thermal capacity of up to 120 MW, to be located at the Rosental wastewater treatment plant in Leipzig, Germany. The project aims to build an approval-ready and functional facility that uses treated wastewater sustainably and efficiently to provide district heating. Services include general planning across HOAI phases 1 to 8, process and plant design including commissioning, hydraulic engineering for water intake and discharge structures, preparation of all permit documents with expert reports, project management, construction supervision, as-built documentation, and responsibility for overall and CE conformity. Bidding follows the published EU procedure.
