Description

Das Kultur- und Kongresszentrum Gera wurde im Oktober 1981 als Haus der Kultur Gera eröffnet. In zentraler innerstädtischer Lage prägt es mit seiner kubischen Gestaltung den Städtebau sowie das Erscheinungsbild des Stadtzentrums. Das Haus ist im Wesentlichen in seinem bauzeitlichen Zustand erhalten. Das als Kulturdenkmal nach § 2 (1) geschützte Objekt erfährt aus denkmalpflegerischer Sicht höchste Wertschätzung als deutschlandweit besterhaltenes Beispiel eines spätmodernen DDR-Kulturhauses. Unter dieser Voraussetzung ist das KuK zu modernisieren. Zu erbringen sind im Rahmen einer Generalplanung die Leistungsbilder Objektplanung Gebäude u. Innenräume nach Paragraph 34 i.V.m. Anl.10 HOAI, Tragwerksplanung nach Paragraph 51 i.V.m. Anl.14 HOAI, Technische Gebäudeausrüstung (alle Anlagengruppen) nach Paragraph 55 i.V.m. Anl. 15 HOAI, Bauphysik nach 1.2 Anl.1 HOAI, Brandschutzplanung nach AHO Themenheft Nr. 17. Beabsichtigt ist die Vergabe im Rahmen eines Stufenvertrages.
