70-00551-2790-D Fachplanung HLSK Für die strategische und wirtschaftliche Weiterentwicklung des Fraunhofer IISB, der LZE-Initiative und der am LZE beteiligten Fraunhofer-Institute ist ein gemeinsames Gebäude geplant. Die aktuelle Planung sieht vor das vorhandene Grundstück des IISB für den Erweiterungsbau C zu nutzen. Bei dem Neubau handelt es sich um eine Arbeitsstätte für ca. 98 Mitarbeitende. Insgesamt wird eine Nutzungsfläche NUF 1 - 6 von ca. 1.976 m² benötigt. Schaffung von 74 Büroarbeitsplätzen mit einer Fläche von ca. 800 m² und ca. 745 m² für eine Versuchshalle, Quellenräume und elektrotechnische Arbeitsräume. Für die Anlagengruppen sind die möglichen Erweiterungen aus dem Bestand zu untersuchen Eine Zertifizierung nach BNB ist gefordert. Die Fraunhofer-Gesellschaft als Zuwendungsempfänger von öffentlichen Mitteln legt großen Wert auf die Realisierung eines innovativen, nachhaltigen und ressourcenschonenden, aber gleichzeitig wirtschaftl. Gebäude-, Energie-, und Betriebskonzepts. Vertrag: Angebot von Zu- / Abschlägen auf den vorgegebenen Honorarsatz gemäß HOAI entsprechend den Musterverträgen der RBBau. Honorarzone (§56 HOAI): 2-3, Honorarsatz (§56 HOAI): Basishonorarsatz sowie: Angebot von zusätzliche Leistungen gemäß Preisblatt - siehe Vergabeunterlagen Die Umsetzung des Vorhabens erfolgt im ZBau-Verfahren inkl. Erstellung einer Antrags- und Bauunterlage sowie Wahrnehmung eines Konzeptgespräches mit den Zuwendungsgebern. Angebot von Zu- / Abschlägen auf den vorgegebenen Honorarsatz gemäß HOAI entsprechend den Musterverträgen der RBBau.
