Description

Ausbau ganztägiger Bildungs- und Betreuungsangebote für Kinder im Grundschulalter ("OGT Duisburg"). Fachplanerleistung technische Ausrüstung (§§ 53 ff. HOAI)" zum BVH "Erweiterung KGS Nombericher Str." in Duisburg. Die Auftraggeberin ist von der Stadt Duisburg u.a. mit der Schaffung weiterer räumlicher Kapazitäten für die offene Ganztagsbetreuung an Grundschulen im Gebiet der Stadt Duisburg beauftragt. Diese Kapazitätserweiterung erfolgt vor dem Hintergrund des künftig geltenden Rechtsanspruchs auf einen offenen Ganztagsplatz für Grundschulkinder. Innerhalb dieses Programms werden dafür an 15 Schulstandorten Erweiterungsbauten errichtet, die als An- oder Umbau oder als Solitärbau errichtet werden sollen. Die Erweiterungsbauten beinhalten in der Regel Betreuungsräume für den offenen Ganztag nebst Nebenräumen, einer Küche sowie einer Mensa. Zusätzlich werden an einzelnen Standorten weitere Unterrichtsräume errichtet. An dem diese Ausschreibung betreffenden Standort der KGS Nombericher Straße ist ein Anbau an das bestehende Schulgebäude geplant. Der Anbau ist dabei als 2-geschossiger Neubau geplant, der eine Mensa, eine Küche nebst Nebenräumen umfasst. Zusätzlich werden Betreuungsräume für den offenen Ganztag geplant. Die Bruttogrundfläche soll dabei etwa 1.090 m2 betragen. Im Vorfeld der Maßnahme müssen Baumfällungen, der Abbruch der WC-Anlage, der Fluchttreppe und der vorhandener Spielgeräte und die Aufstellung eines Ersatz WC-Containers vollzogen werden. Nach Errichtung des Erweiterungsbaus werden die angrenzenden Flächen an den Neubau angearbeitet und die geöffneten Flächen wieder verschlossen. Systembauweisen respektive (Teil-)Fertigteilbauweisen sind als mögliche Planungs- und Baukonzepte im Sinne einer rechtzeitigen Fertigstellung denkbar und sollen im Zuge der weiteren Planungsphase auf wirtschaftliche Anwendbarkeit bewertet werden.
