The facility will serve as a central site for treatment, recovery and interim storage. Environmental impacts must be compensated, requiring eco-points divided into 6 lots. This is an expression of interest procedure, not a formal procurement or award of a public contract. It creates no legal obligation, no payment or cost reimbursement is offered, and a tender procedure for purchasing eco-points will follow with interested companies.
