Die Gemeinden Deinste, Fredenbeck und Kutenholz beabsichtigen die Beschaffung einer einheitlichen autonomen Mähroboterflotte zur regelmäßigen Pflege mehrerer Sportplätze und zugehöriger Nebenflächen. Gegenstand der drei 60 monatlichen Leasingverträge ist ein vollständig betriebsbereites Gesamtsystem einschließlich Mähroboter, Ladestationen, RTK-/Korrekturinfrastruktur, Software, Mobilfunk- und Nutzungsrechten, Zubehör, Installation, Schulung, Pflege, Wartung, Winterservice und Störungsbeseitigung. Die Geräte müssen für den dauerhaften professionellen Einsatz auf Sportflächen ausgelegt sein. Ziel ist ein gleichmäßiges, sportplatzgerechtes Schnittbild bei hoher Verfügbarkeit, geringer Bodenverdichtung, zentraler Steuerbarkeit und kalkulierbaren Gesamtkosten über die Nutzungsdauer. Die Leistungen werden als ein funktional zusammenhängendes Gesamtsystem vergeben. Der Auftragnehmer trägt die Gesamtverantwortung für die Kompatibilität aller Komponenten und für die betriebsbereite Übergabe an sämtlichen Standorten. Lieferung von neun autonomer Mähroboter einschließlich aller für den Betrieb erforderlichen Komponenten. Lieferung und Montage der 230V Ladestationen einschließlich Überspannungsschutz und erforderlicher Stationsplatten beziehungsweise Befestigungssysteme. Einrichtung einer gemeinsamen RTK-/Korrekturinfrastruktur für sämtliche Standorte oder einer technisch gleichwertigen netzbasierten Lösung. Vollständige Installation, digitale Kartierung, Konfiguration, Testbetrieb, Einweisung und Abnahme. Bereitstellung einer gemeinsamen App- und Webplattform für Flottenverwaltung, Rechteverwaltung, Meldungen und Fernzugriff. Dokumentation, Serviceberichte, Softwarepflege und technische Unterstützung während der Vertragslaufzeit. Maschinenbruchversicherung für 1 Jahr kostenlos dies umfasst: Unwetter, Fehlbedienung, Diebstahl, Vandalismus und Blitzschlag
