Der Auftragnehmer stellt der Auftraggeberin Vans und Kleinbusse auf Basis der Segmentierung des Kraftfahrt-Bundesamtes (KBA) sowie der in der Leistungsbeschreibung vorgenommenen Spezifizierung als Selbstfahrmietfahrzeuge mit den Antriebsarten emissionsfrei (rein elektrisch) und Verbrennungsmotor (Plug-In-Hybrid, Benzin oder Diesel) zur Verfügung. Gegenstand dieses Vertrages ist die Anmietung von Fahrzeugen in denm in der Leistungsbeschreibung genannten Fahrzeugsegmenten mit den Antriebsarten emissionsfrei (rein elektrisch) und Verbrennungsmotor (Plug-In-Hybrid, Benzin oder Diesel). Die Anmietung kann tage-, wochen- und monatsweise erfolgen. Die genauen Schätz- und Höchstmengen sind den Preisangaben zu entnehmen.
