DEW21 beabsichtigt, die Beschaffung einer Rahmenvereinbarung von Standard PC-Arbeitsplätzen in mehreren Profilen für Büro-, mobile und teilweise Außen-Einsätze, inklusive sicherheitsrelevanter Anforderungen. Die Geräte sollen unter Windows 11 Pro betrieben werden und mit der Hardware-Management-Software Microsoft Intune kompatibel sein. DEW21 beabsichtigt, die Beschaffung einer Rahmenvereinbarung von Standard PC-Arbeitsplätzen in mehreren Profilen für Büro-, mobile und teilweise Außen-Einsätze, inklusive Reparaturleistungen für aus der Rahmenvereinbarung beschaffter PC-Hardware sowie von Bestands-PC-Hardware. Die Geräte müssen unter Windows 11 Pro betrieben werden und mit der Hardware-Management-Software Microsoft Intune kompatibel sein. Leistungsbestandteil sind neben der Lieferung auch die Reparatur unter definierten Service-Level-Agreements (SLA). Mobile Endgeräte wie Smartphones, Server, Konferenztechnik und mobile Router sowie Peripheriegeräte wie z.B. Maus, Tastatur, Webcam, Headset, Monitor, Dockingstation oder Drucker sind ausdrücklich nicht im Leistungsumfang enthalten. Die Beschaffung zielt auf die Versorgung von ca. 1.200 Geräten für etwa 1.000 Mitarbeitende und weitere Nutzergruppen ab, mit rollierendem Austausch über vier Jahre (ca. 300 PCs/Jahr). Lieferung und Reparatur erfolgen unter SLA. Alle Geräte müssen vom Auftraggeber in Microsoft Intune erfasst werden können. Die Leistung umfasst außerdem die Reparaturpflicht für bereits vorhandene Laptops des Vorlieferanten (Service auf anderem SLA). Es ist vorgesehen, die Lieferung in vier Profile zu strukturieren, um unterschiedliche Einsatzbedarfe abzudecken: (i) Profil 1: Kleiner Bildschirm 14" ohne GSM/5G-Modul. (ii) Profil 2: Kleiner Bildschirm 14" mit GSM/5G-Modul. (iii) Profil 3: Großer Bildschirm 16" ohne GSM/5G-Modul. (iv) Profil 4: WMS/Mobil-Gerät 13,3" mit GSM/5G-Modul. Mit einem voraussichtlichen Ende des Vergabeverfahrens ist im Juli 2026 zu rechnen. Möglicherweise werden kleinere Stückzahlen noch im Jahr 2026 bestellt.
