Die Helios Kliniken Breisgau-Hochschwarzwald GmbH schreibt im Rahmen dieses Verfahrens eine Rahmenvereinbarung über Beschaffung von Patientenmonitoringsystemen inkl. Dockingstation und Zentralen für den Standort Helios Klinik Müllheim aus. Diese Helios Klinik Müllheim ist abrufberechtiger Klinikstandort und nach Abruf Auftraggeber der einzelnen Bestellungen (Abrufe) aus der Rahmenvereinbarung. Es wird eine Rahmenvereinbarung sowie ein Konditionenvertrag nach dem in den Vergabeunterlagen enthaltenen Musterverträgen abgeschlossen. Die Laufzeit der Rahmenvereinbarung beträgt 24 Monate.
